FOOTBALL CLINIC

We will
be hosting The Football Clinic
with
Oakland Raider
Terdell Sands!
COST: ONE DAY
Players Clinic $20
Please download and fill out
the registration form and submit with the $20 Fee and mail to the BASIC Office.
We accept checks, cashier checks or money
orders.

PLAYERS CLINIC
BASIC has established a
Student/Athlete Scholarship Fund,
recognizing there are Student/Athletes who
would be unable to participate without
financial assistance.
Football University is for students who
have completed 1st through 5th grade.
This camp is designed for boys who have
the desire to learn about the game of
football. Position specific drills
will be offered for all positions and
all campers will have the opportunity to
improve their individual work ethic and
teamwork skills.
Players are invited to attend a fun, but
yet informative football day camp
on the campus of McCallie School. Players will
learn sound football techniques and
academic strategies from high school and
college coaches. (click

staff of the clinic to seek, during the clinic, appropriate medial attention for
the participant and for the medical attention to be given and for the
participant to receive medical attention. In the event of accident, injury or
illness, I will be responsible for any or all cost of medical treatment, except
for that that is covered by the clinic's secondary liability policy. I, the
undersigned, for ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators waive,
release, and forever discharge BASIC, the clinic, and it's staff, officers,
agents, employees, representatives, successors and assign of and from all rights
and claims for damages, injury or lost to person or property, which may he
sustained during the clinic activities or while at the clinic, whether or not
damages or loss in due to negligence.
